Booking Policy

All new patients are required to prepay a $100 deposit to secure their first booking.

We truly value the time, training and education our practitioners provide. As such, deposits are not redeemable on product purchases or on treatments performed after the initial consult.

Should you require further clarification please contact our staff prior to making a time.

Cancellation Policy

Our booking system will automate a 48-hour text message reminder and will require a response for appointment confirmation.

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations and changes to appointments.

As we are busy trying to accommodate the needs of many patients, a $100 cancellation fee will apply to clients who do not adhere to our cancellation policy.
